2 Bulbs Lycoris HOUDYSHELLII Heirloom WHITE spider lily from Japan ~ Cold Hardy
Lycoris Houdyshelii is more cold hardy than other fall foliage spider lilies. It can survive down to USDA zone 6 or (according to some repots) zone 5.
In the US L. Abiflora is usually the only available white spider lily. We are happy to introduce another related "white spider lilies" at great prices in this special offer
Although tollerant of lengthy dry periods, Lycoris do best with regular moisture, even during summer dormancy. As with all Lycoris, I recommend that you plant shallowly, with the top of the bulb close to the surface.
These bulbs are similar in size to a small daffodil (approximately 1 inch across). Although we take care to send the freshest bulbs possible, it is common for Lycoris to sulk for a year or so after transplanting before gracing us with their summer blooms. This gives all the more reason to get them planted now, rather than put it off for another year.
